Friendly staff, clean and well-presented rooms, and basic gym facilities with a welcoming instructor. Great value for money, and a convenient location near plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and public transport links. Luggage storage available during the day. Comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast on offer.

We have spent our 1 night here lovely, it was ideal for what we needed. The staff was helpful and attentive, the breakfast offered was excellent with lots of food.

We love this place! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the city center. It's nice to be across from one of the many canals and outside the busy tourist area. This hotel provides everything you may need, with great services like room service, laundry, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities are top-notch, featuring a sitting area, mini-bar, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast is delicious, and the staff could not do enough for us. Their above-and-beyond service should be commended.

Highly recommend this hotel to friends with the "manager is busy" sign at the reception desk on the night shift.

Our stay here was fine, fabulous base for exploring Amsterdam. We liked knowledgeable staff. Comfy beds in our standard room. Its location was central, walking distance to a beautiful old church. The hotel itself was in a shopping area.

it was a wonderful stay & location was fab. a flat-screen tv with cable channels, an individual safe and a mini fridge bar in the room and the very comfy bed. contemporary hotel located near leidseplein as well as the tram stop. early check in and great service. i loved my stay.

The staff was pleasant, the hotel was clean and placed in an amazing part of the city not far from the trams, Leidseplein, Van Gogh museum. Well-appointed room with twin beds. They provided plenty of fine choices for breakfast that was included. Great overall experience.

There was no bar which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

Comfy bed with lovely bedlinen. Good bedside lighting. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room could benefit from fresh paint and more cheerful art. Soft furnishings in room were worn and grubby.

The breakfast at Nh Amsterdam Leidseplein was delicious and had a great variety of foods to choose from. One of the things I loved was the freshly prepared omelettes that were made to order. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I loved how close the hotel was to all the major tourist attractions and that I could easily get around by walking. The staff were very kind, and the hotel was quite clean and comfortable.
